Shop policies
The majority of our pieces are built to order and will take up to three weeks to produce before they ship. All larger furniture pieces will take a minimum of 6-9 months to complete depending on what the build cue is at the time they are ordered. If you need a piece faster than these time frames please contact us and we will let you know what we may have that is prebuilt and could be sent to you earlier.
Wood is a natural material and may have internal flaws that cannot be determined before use. As such we will replace or give 50% credit to items that break in normal use. Replacement or 50% credit will be at our discretion. Expected wear including dings and scratches that occur during the use of the product will not be covered.
