Not a cup fan? Thanks for giving the UltuCup a try. Here is what we need from you to provide a full refund:
Please make sure you have tried the cup for at least three cycles. Menstrual cups can have a learning curve, so give yourself time.

Show us your receipt or proof of purchase, with the price you paid.
Show us a picture of the cup cut in half. No freebies (no need to return anything)

Late / Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
