SHIPPING & HANDLING: All orders are processed, printed and SHIPPED within 1-3 business days. All posters are shipped in a reinforced shipping tube. If you need something fast or have a question please send us a message.
DESIGN SERVICES
We offer a wide variety of services including custom image searching, design consultation and the sale of high-end photographs and posters. We also do special orders and custom sizes. The copies that you are buying have been retouched and restored to as close to original as possible. Please note that different sizes have different aspect ratios which means your photo may be cropped a little differently depending on the size. Thanks for looking. We hope you enjoy them!
Delivery Estimates & Delays
Please note that we are not responsible for slow transit due to bad weather or packages lost by the USPS. We have no control over the Post Office and how they handle the mail or their deliveries.
Lost Items
If the Post Office indicates that your item[s] were delivered we have no responsibility to replace the items[s] or issue a refund of any kind. If a package is lost in transit and it can be verified that it was not delivered through the records we will gladly replace the item, refund your purchase price or give you a store credit at your request. If you have a problem with your order please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We will always try to work with you to resolve these kinds of situations if at all possible.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Every item that is shipped by the Post Office has $100.00 in basic insurance coverage through the Postal Service. If the Post Office says that your item was delivered and you did not receive it is your responsibility to make a claim through the Post Office for the amount that was lost. We do not have the ability to make that claim for you or assist in any way. If you wish to purchase additional Insurance on your package[s] please let us know and we will adjust the price of shipping or send a special listing to you for the amount of the insurance you wish to purchase.
Correct Mailing Address
It is your responsibility to make sure that the address that you give us for mailing is correct. If your address is not verified by the Post Office and the items are lost or not delivered we are not responsible. Please make sure that you use a verified postal address when you are placing your order. We ship to the address that you provide and do not have the ability to modify, change or correct it if there is an issue.
Return Policy
All of our prints come with a money back guarantee. We are happy to work with you and want you to enjoy your purchase. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 business days. Please contact us before you send it back so we can give you a return number. We are not responsible for return shipping charges. If we require that the item be sent back then you must pay the costs associated with the return. In most cases we will be happy to either refund your money, reprint and reship the item or give you a store credit for the amount of the purchase.
Payment Methods
You can pay via directly via PayPal - you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal Account.
