1. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase because we strive to ship items as quickly as possible. After this window, your order may have already entered production or been shipped and cannot be canceled.
2. Are your candles safe?
Yes. Our candles are made with a blend of soy and beeswax and use a hemp wick, with no paraffin or other toxic ingredients. They are hand-poured in small batches and designed to burn cleanly when used according to the included candle care instructions.
3. Do you offer discreet shipping?
Yes. All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain cardboard box from MnM Online, with only the shipping label visible and no indication of the contents.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, shipping is limited to the United States only.
5. How do I care for my candle?
- Each order comes with a candle care card with instructions:
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn for a clean, even flame.
- Burn on a heat-resistant surface away from anything flammable.
- Keep away from drafts, children, and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
Note: The wax can soften and drip during use, so burn your candle on a plate or in a bowl to catch any melted wax.
