Shop policies
Processing Time
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 1-5 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping
We ship via Normal Priority mail and DHL Express (Upgrade). Delivery times vary by location but typically take: US 7-14 days, EU 1-7 days , DHL Express 1-5 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept exchanges on unworn items within 21 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this, cancellations cannot be made as production begins.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity of your handmade items:
- Avoid exposure to water, chemicals, or extreme temperatures.
- Gold or Silver color items: Store in a cool, dry, dark place when not in use.
Limitations
Each piece is crafted by hand, so slight variations may occur. These differences make your item unique and one of a kind.

Your personal information is used solely to process your order and communicate with you. We respect your privacy and do not share your details with third parties.

All items are made in small batches in our studio to ensure exceptional quality. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order to avoid delays.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following terms:
- Return Window: Items must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery.
- Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original condition. If items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
- Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
