We have a 14-day return policy on some items, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive them to contact us for a return authorization. Our Customer Support people will be happy to authorize a return for you and give you an address to send the return to -- once received, undamaged, your order will be refunded to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition, unopened and unused, that you received it, unworn or unused. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address given by our Customer Support wenches, when they respond with an authorization.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. USPS and UPS are far from perfect, and if you receive a damaged product, we want to make it right on our end.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Many of our types of toys and products are personal use, intimate use, or otherwise "intimate" items that can't be returned, once received. Nipple clamps, leather, sex toys, insertables - any "intimate" use item is something that cannot be returned. Yes, we understand, you swear you never even touched it, except with three gloves and a dental dam, but if we make an exception for you, we'd have to make one for everyone --- and then we'd be accepting used toys, blood tainted items and etcetera, all over the place.

On these items, we can't accept returns -- and they will be marked as to whether they can be returned or not, on the item description page.
