Bit and Ball Gag

The default for this listing is a Red Ball with a Black Leather Strap and a Black Locking Buckle on an Oak Dowel.

Bit:
The Bit is made with a 3/4 inch wood Oak or Purple Heartwood dowel and secured with nickel rings and leather secured with steel specialty nails.
I do not treat the oak with anything as most treatments would be more harmful than natural wood.
For extra safety or if you have problems with Oak, I recommend getting some plastic tubing and putting it over the dowel on each side of the ball. I do not offer the plastic tubing at this time.

The bit itself is ~5.0" in length. If you need it shorter or longer please let me know. It should be about 1" outside either side of the mouth, but everyone's mouth is different. You provide the measurement in the notes from corner to corner of mouth, with the mouth slightly open and I can adjust it much better or specify the desired length of the dowel (up to 7" for oak and 6" for purple Heartwood.

Balls:
The ball is 50mm in Diameter (just shy of 2.0 inches)
The ball is only available at this time in this size and Red or Black color (see trivia below).

The balls are handmade to my specifications in the USA from USP class VI medical grade silicone material.
They are purpose made for human use with a 3/4" wide diameter hole molded into them.
The strap hole has ribbing to allow you to get a dowel on and off, but still hold in place during use.

The ball can be removed and replaced with some effort. I do sell the balls by themselves, but currently the bit and straps would be a custom order by themselves.

See my sizing guide for recommended ball sizes. If it says smaller than 1.875, I do not recommend this for you.

Straps:
The default strap is a high grade leather that I cut to length, edge and finish for extra comfort.

The straps are 3/4" wide and can be made to any desired length, although the default size fits about 18" to 22.5" size around the head. This is a touch longer than my regular ball gag strap so will fit MOST people that can handle this size ball, I can make longer or shorter straps for smaller or bigger heads.

Strap Size is the measurement around the head where the strap would go with mouth open as if wearing the ball gag. It is not the length.
Length is from the tip (or billet end) of the strap to where the tongue crosses the end bar of the buckle. The length will be about 3.5" longer than the size for a custom strap with 3 tongue holes. The default straps have 7 or 9 holes depending on buckle type.

Measure for the strap with the mouth wide open where the strap would go, all the way around the head (at the mid-neck in back) including where the ball (and in this case) would go. This is the "Strap Size". The actual strap will be a bit longer than that. Put the measurements in the notes when you order. If you do not provide measurements I will make the default size for this item as described.

For this listing you can select the strap type of black or any of the other front leather options and the buckle option.

Buckles are available in several finishes and then locking or non-locking
Locking Buckle (allows a small lock to be put on)
Non Locking Buckle (no locking ability, however slightly more adjustment on size as the tongue holes are closer together)

All buckles have a real roller on the buckle.

I also have other non-leather strap materials as shown in the last image, they can be custom ordered. They include:

SAFETY NOTE: If the bit (wooden dowel) starts to deteriorate more than a little bit from bite marks, I highly recommend replacing the bit, it is wood, which is a natural product so may start splintering when it start deteriorating and special nails are used to hold the strap pieces on (although they should be deep enough you never can bite down to them until the wood starts going. Remember also that back teeth are far stronger than front teeth.

Shipping:
Orders within the USA will be shipped by USPS Ground Advantage (default) or Priority mail. International orders will be shipped by lowest cost, which is usually USPS First Class Package.
Any shipping overage may be refunded if more than $2. We are not responsible for customs or fees outside the USA.

Exchange policy:
I can take the ball and strap back in exchange if the seal on the bag is present and un-breached, I can not take it back and resell it, if the seal on the bag is not present when I receive it back as these are one person items.
Any exchanges (if possible) will require payment of any difference and shipping. You should let me know before you ship it back and the reason, I will create a custom order for the difference and shipping for the exchange (also if needed) once I have received it and verified. I will not ship the replacement until shipping and difference is covered by some means.
Anything as a result of my fault, is at my expense.

Trivia:
This is one of the two reasons the Round Hole ball design was originally made for, however, until I tried the rectangular loops and the new way of attaching it, I was not happy with the designs, I am now fairly happy with it. The balls were originally made by another company to my specifications, however the mold was lost in transit to me, when I started doing the balls in house. I have ordered a replacement, which will have additional sizes, but as yet is has not been completed and I do not know when it will be. So am limited currently to available supply, which is red and black, and the one 50mm size for the ball. Unless I get a lot of orders, I should be good for awhile.
The Purple Heartwood dowels are made for me by someone else (out of North Carolina). I had some African Blackwood and a few zebra wood dowels, but too many of the dowels split so I decided not to continue with that for safety reasons.

Returns Policy

No returns accepted for Custom or "AS IS" made items, We may repair or will replace an item if there is a manufacturing defect on a custom made item. "AS IS" items presume some defect so we will not replace those.

Balls and ball gags may ONLY be returned if the inner bag's seal is intact

All other non-custom items may be returned if unopened for refund except shipping.

If there is a problem with the order, please contact the shop email, we will require a picture of the problem, our policy is to replace when we can, if it is our fault at cost. We allow replacements, but customer must pay for shipping both ways and any difference in price if we originally shipped the correct item AND we can accept it back (such as Ball gags still sealed in their bags).
