Return the item(s) within 14 days of notification.
Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging/condition (where possible).
We will refund the full purchase price (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.
Exceptions – No Withdrawal/Return Allowed
Custom-made or personalized items: These are exempt from withdrawal (EU law exemption for bespoke goods). They are final sale unless defective.
Hygiene/intimate-use products: Items that have been unsealed or used (e.g., many BDSM tools) are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.
Divine Creations & R&D items: Due to their unique, limited, or prototype nature, they are final sale except for proven defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Report within 7 calendar days of receipt with photos and details.
We will arrange replacement, repair, or full refund (including return shipping if the issue is our fault).
