This beautiful flogger is made from HDPE factory scraps that are melted down and marbled to make a beautiful handle. High quality upholstery leather, also taken from factory off cuts, is attached to make a heavy and thumpy flogger that feels luxurious on the receiving end. Mild on pain, this flogger can allow both the impact top and bottom to explore hitting harder or simply being brushed with beautiful and soft leather. A counter weight in the handle also provides excellent control for the 22" falls.
