About my shop
Blissful Discipline is a one-person shop in Clearwater, Florida. Every piece is designed and made by hand by me, in small batches. I work in rubber (never leather), polished chrome, aluminum, and real copper, with hand-painted ceramic details. When a batch sells out, it is gone until I make the next one — I do not restock on a schedule, and I never dropship or resell anyone else's work.
Processing time
Most items are already made and ready to ship. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment. If an item needs finishing or your order will take longer for any reason, I will message you before it ships so you always know where things stand.
Shipping
• Orders ship from Clearwater, Florida, with tracking on every order.
• All orders are sent in discreet, plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside of the package identifies the contents or the shop's products — the return name reads simply "BD Studio."
• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes on international orders.
• At this time I do not ship to Canada.
• If your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your local post office first, then message me and I will help however I can.
Materials & care
My pieces are made from rubber, which is vegan, leather-free, and easy to clean: warm water and mild soap, pat dry. Please do not use harsh solvents on the rubber or the hand-painted ceramic details. Ceramic roses are sturdy but are still ceramic — treat them with a little care and store pieces flat or hanging, out of direct heat.
Custom & one-of-a-kind pieces
One-of-a-kind pieces are sold exactly as photographed — when one sells, it is gone for good.
Custom orders are very welcome — honestly, they're my favorite work. If you have an idea (a different color rose, a poured or metallic finish, a variation on something in the shop, or something entirely new), message me through the shop and tell me what you have in mind. I'll confirm whether I can make it, quote you a price and a time frame before any money changes hands, and keep you posted while I make it. Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they are final sale except in the case of damage, defect, or my error.
