We strive to make sure that all products are inspected carefully and sent out in perfect condition. Because all our garments are made to order, we regret that we accept returns only in the case of defective products. Manufacturing defects will be repaired or changed at our own cost.

Returns will not be accepted for any damage as a result of misuse or improper treatment of the products. In the unlikely event that the merchandise is defective or damaged, you must notify thelatxefactory via email within 48 hours of receiving the order of items that are to be returned for repair or replacement. If your garment does not fit, we will gladly exchange it for a similar article at no cost, except postal charges will apply.
