For anyone who genuinely loves needle play, this is about as close as it gets to wearing the sensation as a piece of clothing. It goes on exactly like a regular thong, but every panel is lined with fine needles that face inward against the skin.
Where our spiked thong offers a broader, blunter pressure, this needle version is built for a sharper, more precise point of contact, wearable for a scene at home or discreetly enough underneath everyday clothes.
Genuine leather and sewn seams mean it's made to hold up to real, repeated wear, a distinctive piece of bdsm gear for anyone who wants the sensation with them constantly, not just during a scene.

About the Needle Thong
Worn exactly like a regular pair of underwear, this leather thong is the full-garment version of our needle-play family, fine needles lining every panel instead of a single insert or pad. It slips on easily, sits comfortably enough for extended wear, and keeps a constant, precise sensation going the entire time it's on.
Compare it against our Spiked Thong to decide which point style suits your play best, fine needles here for precision, versus broader spikes there for intensity. Genuine leather and sewn seams make it a piece built to be worn again and again, not just once.
