PROCESSING TIMES
Your order will probably take a minute. Almost all items from Caged Bliss are made to order and lovingly handled over the course of a week, on average. The raw veg-tan leather is soaked for 12 hours in natural water-based dye and allowed to air-dry before the sanding, edge work, oiling and balming. The simple boards of maple, walnut, jatoba are planed, milled, and sanded into shape before they are also hand dyed, oiled and balmed. Each paddle, collar, etc. is unique due to the natural variations in wood and leather. And nothing is rushed.
CANCELLATION
For non-custom orders you may request a cancellation within 72 hours of placing the order, if it has not already shipped. For custom orders, including engraved orders, you may cancel within 12 hours of placing the order.
