The find your correct size, either for wrists or ankles, use a fabric tape measure once around. You can also use some string or floss to measure your wrist or ankle and then set it against a tape measure.

Finally, the surface is conditioned with all natural "Caged Balm", made of only beeswax, shea butter, jojoba oil, patchouli and lemongrass.
