This is a simple and effective torture device. It's a pair of strong, adjustable nipple clamps connected to an adjustable leather strap, designed to be worn with the strap around the neck rather than held or connected to a separate collar.
Once positioned, the strap can be tightened to pull up on the nipples directly, creating constant, escalating tension simply by adjusting the strap's length. This device can deliver a lot of pain, since the wearer's own posture and the strap's tension work together, the more the strap is shortened, the more upward pull the clamps deliver, making this a self-reinforcing piece of breast torture gear.
The simplicity here is the point, no chains to manage, no separate leash, just a direct connection between the neck and the nipples that the dominant can adjust in seconds.

About the Nipple Clamps on Neck Strap
What makes this piece genuinely effective is how directly the neck connects to the nipples, no chain length to manage, no leash to hold, just a single adjustable leather strap that the wearer carries with them the entire time it's worn. That constant presence, combined with the ability to tighten the strap for more pull, makes this a favorite for extended bdsm breast play sessions or scenes built around escalating tit torture.
Because the strap wraps around the neck, this piece also creates a natural incentive for the wearer to hold still and keep their posture upright, since any slumping or head movement changes the tension on the clamps in real time.
Want a version with a leather handle for the dominant to hold instead? See our Nipple Leash. Handcrafted in our USA shop and backed by our Lifetime Guarantee.
