RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer—who is not the carrier—takes possession of the ordered goods.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us (BS-DesignZ e.U., Buchengasse 131/1, 1100 Vienna, email: [email protected]) by means of a clear statement of their decision to withdraw from this contract. The customer may do so using the sample withdrawal form below or, more simply, via the withdrawal form provided under the menu item “Withdraw from Contract.”

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires

Consequences of Withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from this contract, we must refund to the customer all payments we have received from the customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of the withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer; in no event will the customer be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

The customer must return the goods to us immediately and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which the customer notified us of their withdrawal from this contract

The deadline is met if the customer ships the goods before the 14-day period expires. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance sales contracts

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive;
for the delivery of goods clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
for the delivery of sealed goods* that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery or has been clearly damaged or tampered with for the purpose of use;

Returns are accepted only if the items are in perfect, unused condition, including the original packaging with all accessories and the corresponding invoice.
