ORDER CANCELLATION FOR CHOKERS

Orders can be canceled before a tracking number is assigned. If a tracking number has already been assigned, the order can no longer be canceled because the shipping process has already started.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR CHOKERS

All chokers are handmade.

If there is an issue with the fit or if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.

Returns and exchanges are possible only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the item meets all return and exchange conditions, you will receive either a replacement item or a full refund.

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The choker has not been worn, used, damaged, or altered in any way.
• The item has no scratches, odors, makeup traces, perfume traces, or any other signs of use.
• The item is returned in its original packaging and original condition.
• The item is shipped back within 14 days after receiving return instructions.

Please note that colors may slightly vary depending on monitor settings, lighting, and screen calibration.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

• Non-standard sizes.
• Personalized items.
• Made-to-order products created specifically for the buyer.

Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for hygienic reasons.

You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.

If a tracking number has already been assigned, we are unable to cancel the order because the shipping process has already started. In this case, the return policy below applies.

Returns and exchanges are possible only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

To qualify for a return request for an incorrectly shipped or defective item:

• The item must not be worn, used, or show any signs of use.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging and original condition.
• The package must be shipped back immediately after delivery and after receiving return instructions.

If the returned item shows any signs of use, it may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

The following reasons are not considered valid reasons for a return or exchange:

• The item fits differently than expected or appears differently from how it looks on the model.
• You do not like the thickness, width, color shade, texture, or feel of the materials.
• Failure to review the product description or material information before purchase.
• The buyer is allergic or sensitive to the materials and did not inform the seller before placing the order.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR BONDAGE AND INTIMATE ACCESSORIES ARE PROVIDED ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

• You received the wrong item.
• The item is the wrong color.
• The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
