This is an "AS IS" Blue Leather over Black Suede collar with Steam Punk style conchos.
The propeller and the gears actually spin.
The collar is sold "AS IS"; no returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless we ship the wrong item.
Never been worn, just sitting in the event bin for a few years.
This is a medium size collar fitting 17.25" to 19.25" neck size. Centered on 18.25" neck size
The Collar is 1.5" wide
Nickel Hasp Locking buckle
If created new today, the collar would have to sell for $75.
And I may be able to make one similar as a custom order or maybe not, I do not have that particular blue Leather any more, although I have a slightly lighter medium blue Latigo Leather.

Customization Note: It is possible to make the collar smaller, although it will offset the buckle versus attachment point.

No returns accepted for Custom or "AS IS" made items, We may repair or will replace an item if there is a manufacturing defect on a custom made item. "AS IS" items presume some defect so we will not replace those.
Balls and ball gags may ONLY be returned if the inner bag's seal is intact
All other non-custom items may be returned if unopened for refund except shipping.
If there is a problem with the order, please contact the shop email, we will require a picture of the problem, our policy is to replace when we can, if it is our fault at cost. We allow replacements, but customer must pay for shipping both ways and any difference in price if we originally shipped the correct item AND we can accept it back (such as Ball gags still sealed in their bags).
