If created new today, the collar would have to sell for $35. And I can do that if you would like one and this one doesn't fit.
This is a Medium size collar fitting 15" to 18" neck size. Centered on 16.5" neck size.
The Collar is 1 1/2" wide.
It has Three Loop and Ring Attachment points (Center and one each side)
Nickel Locking buckle
NOTE: It has no backing so if allergic to nickel, this collar is NOT for you.
Because it is PVC Rubber, could be worn in shower, hot tub, or pool, however do not wear in Ocean (or other Salt Water), the hardware will rust quickly (I know this from experience with other collars, even when washed off with fresh water).

Customization Note: It is possible to make the collar smaller, although it will offset the buckle versus attachment point.
Trivia: No model shots are available. All of the other PVC Collars or cuffs I have made were either custom made or sold at events before I thought to get them on a model.

No returns accepted for Custom or "AS IS" made items, We may repair or will replace an item if there is a manufacturing defect on a custom made item. "AS IS" items presume some defect so we will not replace those.
Balls and ball gags may ONLY be returned if the inner bag's seal is intact
All other non-custom items may be returned if unopened for refund except shipping.
If there is a problem with the order, please contact the shop email, we will require a picture of the problem, our policy is to replace when we can, if it is our fault at cost. We allow replacements, but customer must pay for shipping both ways and any difference in price if we originally shipped the correct item AND we can accept it back (such as Ball gags still sealed in their bags).
