Product Care and Information: Product care - Use warm water and PH neutral soap to clean the packer and allow to air dry or towel dry. Powder after cleaning with corn starch to prevent tackiness and keep the prosthetic soft. The packers are safe to boil for sterilisation. The Basic Model Packers are designed to be worn with packing underwear or a harness (not included). The Basic Packers will be made to order so please allow for 2-4 days production time before despatch. This may vary depending on demand but we will keep you informed of any delays. After more than 12 months of research and development we have updated the design of the Soft Packer range and have addressed areas that were cause for concern in previous models.

Providing the Soft Packer is used for its intended purpose, we are extremely confident that there is very little risk of tears at this point. We ask that you read through our returns policy thoroughly before placing an order with us. We understand that investing in a packer can feel quite daunting - so it is also important that you read all the listings thoroughly - we have tried to be as informative as possible on the listings, but if you have any doubts or questions, please do contact us at [email protected] before you place an order, and we will do our best do guide you through the process to ensure you make the right choice for you.

Ordering the wrong size, tone or model packer is not grounds for a refund or exchange so please make sure to double check before confirming your order.

Soft Packer and Basic Packer intended purpose:

The MorMe Soft Packer and Basic Packer range are designed for the sole purpose of packing, to be attached via the exclusive MorMe Accessories - MorMe Harness, MorMe Adhesive Clip, or other branded packing-specific underwear.

The MorMe Soft Packer and Basic Packer range are NOT designed for sexual purposes (including the insertion of a rod), rigorous exercise, water sports, or STP (including the insertion of a tube).

Use of the packer beyond its intended purpose is done so at the user's own risk in the knowledge of the potential to cause damage. Any modifications are made at the user's own risk, and will immediately void all rights to a replacement should the packer become damaged during - or as a result of - modification or improper use.

When you first receive your packer:

Please inspect your packer as soon as you receive it - check that the model, size and tone are correct, check that all items ordered are present (harness, testicles, core etc) - if something is incorrect or missing from your order, you must let us know within 72hrs.

If you have had your packer for LESS THAN 30 days and significant damage occurs, you may contact us to discuss a replacement piece for a discounted price. You may be required to provide images of the damage and a detailed account of how the damage occurred and we will have the final say on whether we deem the damage to be due to a fault during the creation process, or a result of improper handling by the customer.

Replacement pieces can only be purchased by existing customers and in these exceptional circumstances.

Over the last year, it has become very clear to us that the very nature of the soft silicone used for our packers can be prone to small tears, especially when being handled and used daily.

While we have made efforts to eliminate the risk of major weak points, there is still the likelihood of smaller areas of damage as a result of daily wear and tear. To limit wastage we recommend that you pre-emptively purchase a tube of Sil-Poxy to repair any small tears as-and-when they occur to increase your packers longevity. For UK customers, we use this supplier for Sil-Poxy.

If you identify a weak point it is always worth addressing before it becomes an issue. We encourage anybody planning to/using our products to reach out to us in the first instance if a problem arises; we pride ourselves on our customer service and transparency.

The MorMe Original Stroker and Basic Stroker

Ordering the wrong insertion hole size or tone are not grounds for an exchange - regardless of if the item has been used or not - we are unable to accept a return for an exchange or refund.

If you believe you have ordered the wrong size or tone and wish to amend your order, you must contact us as soon as possible before your order has been dispatched. It is not guaranteed that we will be able to make these amendments, but we will do what we can to accommodate your request.

Ordering the wrong tone is not grounds for an exchange - regardless of if the item has been used or not - we are unable to accept a return for an exchange or refund.

We have created a Product Care and Handling Guide specifically for the MorMe Retractable Foreskin - you are urged to watch this video and take note of the advice given before using the foreskin for the first time.

While it is a delicate piece, it has been designed and proven to withstand regular light-to-moderate use, providing the product is handled in the correct way.
