Because of the intimate nature of these products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons once an item has been delivered and opened/used. This is standard for handmade intimate goods and protects every customer, including you.
That said, I stand behind my work completely:
• Arrived damaged, defective, or wrong: Message me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. I will make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund — your choice where practical — and I will cover return shipping if a return is needed.
• Craftsmanship promise: If a piece fails under normal, intended use within 90 days of delivery (a handle loosens, a strap fails at the join, a fitting breaks), message me with a photo. I will repair or replace it free of charge.
• Change of mind: Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once an item has been opened or used, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Custom, one-of-a-kind, and sale/clearance items are final sale except in the case of damage, defect, or my error, as above.
