Q: Does it actually stay silent? A: Yes — this is the single most common compliment we get. The TPU membrane is laminated between two layers of flannel, so there's no exposed plastic anywhere. No crinkle, no rustle, no "medical bed" sound. It feels and sounds like a regular heavy throw.
Q: How much liquid can it hold? It can hold up to 1-1.5 litres of liquid.
Q: Is it safe for sensitive skin and genital contact? A: Yes. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified means it's been independently tested for harmful substances across every component, including the layers that touch skin. PVC-free, vinyl-free, hypoallergenic.
Q: How do I wash it? A: Machine wash max 104 Fahrenheit (40 degree Celsius), tumble dry low for a maximum of 30 minutes. The TPU membrane is built for repeated washing — no hand-washing, no delicate cycle required. Comes out soft and ready to go again. We recommend washing before first use.

11: Return Policy:
11.1 You should check your Goods as soon as they are delivered to you in order to ensure that:
(i) they are what you ordered; and
(ii) they are not damaged or faulty. If this is not the case, you should contact us as soon as possible.
11.2 If you have a problem with any Goods or otherwise wish to return them, please contact us via a message. Once contacted, we will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods, with which you must comply. We will not accept the return of a product without our prior approval. The Goods must be returned within 14 calendar days from the approved date, and Banana Passion endeavours to resolve refunds or other outstanding issues within 5 business days.
11.3 When returning Goods:
(a) please provide Banana Passion with your proof of purchase;
(b) follow the instructions provided. Customers are also encouraged to use the original packaging where possible to avoid damage in transit.
11.4 You are not entitled to any refund or exchange just because any packaging is damaged in transit. The packaging exists to protect the Goods themselves.
11.5 We only accept products that have not been opened or used or damaged and are in their original packaging. We don’t refund or exchange products that are packaged in unsealed containers, as this doesn’t allow us to be sure that the product hasn’t been opened and compromises product integrity.
11.6 We do not accept returns or offer exchange of Goods on sale items.
11.7 For returns due to a defect or fault with the product, we will refund any shipping charges incurred as part of the initial transaction and those incurred in your return of the Goods. For returns due to a change of mind (be it because of perceived unsuitability to you, or dislike of minor variations in product appearance, etc.), we cannot refund shipping costs and processing charges. Returns have to be made within 14 days of a customer receiving the order.
