STAMINA / FEMINA Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
Due to the personal and consumable nature of our supplements, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ Requests made within 30 days of delivery
✔ Product is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
✔ OR product arrived damaged due to shipping
Returns that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
> Opened or used supplements
> Products with broken seals
> Items missing original packaging
> Clearance or promotional items (unless damaged)
> Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide:

> Photos of damage
> Packaging photos
We will issue a replacement or refund once verified.
