The Chin Strap is designed to be added to one of our ball gags (or similar width strap and presumes you have one already or are ordering one at same time.
Let me know in notes if you want them put together before shipping if ordering together, the ball gag and chin strap will ship in same package but separately packaged within by default.

The Chin Strap comes in four sizes Tiny, Small, Medium, and Large with about 1-2 inches of overlap between versions.
For more accurate sizing, please provide measurement in notes (as shown in measurement images)
measure from the center of the gag strap to the center of the gag strap on the other side of the chin, going under the chin where you would like it.
Default if I am not given measurements is going to be that listed in the size options (medium will be default if that is not selected).
Final Note; I do have a wrap under chin version of the chin strap, but that is by custom order only due to safety concerns by a casual user. As well as different measurements needed.
Trivia: A little pricier than a ball gag strap because more rivets and it is two strap parts, so touch more labor to make.

No returns accepted for Custom or "AS IS" made items, We may repair or will replace an item if there is a manufacturing defect on a custom made item. "AS IS" items presume some defect so we will not replace those.
Balls and ball gags may ONLY be returned if the inner bag's seal is intact
All other non-custom items may be returned if unopened for refund except shipping.
If there is a problem with the order, please contact the shop email, we will require a picture of the problem, our policy is to replace when we can, if it is our fault at cost. We allow replacements, but customer must pay for shipping both ways and any difference in price if we originally shipped the correct item AND we can accept it back (such as Ball gags still sealed in their bags).
