These balls are what i consider a limited batch, it is a mix of two colors, so each batch of material (which will make about 30 balls, give or take) may be slightly different. At the time of writing this I have enough material for 3 batches, already made up (presuming the high heat doesn't get to it before I use it). The Jade Green Strap I can get more of, and depending on tariffs, the Green buckles.
As a reminder, best way to measure for ball size is to measure the the bottom of the top teeth to the top of the bottom teeth, with the mouth as wide…

As a reminder, best way to measure for ball size is to measure the the bottom of the top teeth to the top of the bottom teeth, with the mouth as wide open as possible, and then adjust one size larger for sizes smaller than 1.5 inches and one size smaller for sizes 2.5 inches or larger. And also adjust small in all case for any jaw problems.

No returns accepted for Custom or "AS IS" made items, We may repair or will replace an item if there is a manufacturing defect on a custom made item. "AS IS" items presume some defect so we will not replace those.
Balls and ball gags may ONLY be returned if the inner bag's seal is intact
All other non-custom items may be returned if unopened for refund except shipping.
If there is a problem with the order, please contact the shop email, we will require a picture of the problem, our policy is to replace when we can, if it is our fault at cost. We allow replacements, but customer must pay for shipping both ways and any difference in price if we originally shipped the correct item AND we can accept it back (such as Ball gags still sealed in their bags).
