We start with a pine board, cut and shape it into a traditional paddle, and then add the Croc Skin: a custom 3D-printed surface made up of individually raised scales with channels between them.

And this isn't just a pattern printed onto the surface. The texture has real depth. The scales stand noticeably above the paddle, giving the striking face an uneven, heavily textured surface that you can both see and feel.

During impact, you still have the solid foundation of the wooden paddle underneath, but the raised croc texture changes how that impact meets the skin. It's a very different sensation from being struck with a smooth wooden surface.

The texture also gives the Croc Skin Paddle another use entirely. Press, rub, or slowly drag the raised scales across the skin for tactile sensation play without swinging it at all.
