Strong, escape proof, 3d printed plastic wrist to neck restraint. Made from 1" thick plastic, the handcuffs has an opening of 2 1/2". They are bolted to the neck restraint with one single 1/4" diameter bolt. This allows the cuffs to pivot for more comfort. The neck cuffs are 5 3/4" in diameter making it possible to fit most people. Just insert a 5/16 diameter plastic pin in both the wrist cuffs and the neck restraint to lock them closed.
