To set up a refund please email [email protected] and a customer service representative will be happy to help you out. If you are returning a product for a refund, you (the customer) are responsible for the cost of returning the unused portion of the product back to Intamo. Once we have received the product please allow 1-2 business days for processing and we will return the full amount back to your original method of payment.
