The beak is constructed using a 3D printed core made from heat resistant PETG plastic that has sandwiched between 2 pieces of thin black leather, with the outer edge trimmed with matching orange leather. Currently configured as a strapless design pre sized to fit 23-23.5"measurement. however it can be resized (at no additional cost) to fit up to 25" with an adjustable strap instead.
