Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. In the event of a sizing issue, or a defective product, we will be happy to offer an exchange.
In the case of a sizing exchange, the customer pays for shipping to us and we will pay for shipment of product back to customer.
In the event of a defective product, we will cover the cost of shipping both ways.
Customers have 2 weeks from date of delivery, to report sizing issues and initiate the exchange procedure.
If a product is found to be defective, customers have 60 days from date of delivery to initiate the exchange procedure.
