The collar is sold "AS IS"; no returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless we ship the wrong item.
I will of course finish it to your specifications.
Never been worn, just sitting in the workshop for awhile waiting to be finished.
This is a medium to large size collar fitting ~17" to 18" neck size and then give or take an inch so really can be made to fit 16-19" neck).
You will need to specify size in notes to seller.
The collar has small cuts out for the neck and shoulders to fit more comfortable
With three ring post attachment points, One on the drop tab, and one each side of the neck. We have nickel and brass options.
All buckles, except a hasp or lock post version can use on this collar.
If created new today, the collar would have to sell for at least $50. And I can do that if you would like one and this one doesn't fit, see below for link.

Customization Note: It is possible to make the collar even smaller, although it will offset the buckle versus attachment point.
NOTE: Images of the models are same style, but different collars, the model showing the back side is with a locking buckle.

No returns accepted for Custom or "AS IS" made items, We may repair or will replace an item if there is a manufacturing defect on a custom made item. "AS IS" items presume some defect so we will not replace those.
Balls and ball gags may ONLY be returned if the inner bag's seal is intact
All other non-custom items may be returned if unopened for refund except shipping.
If there is a problem with the order, please contact the shop email, we will require a picture of the problem, our policy is to replace when we can, if it is our fault at cost. We allow replacements, but customer must pay for shipping both ways and any difference in price if we originally shipped the correct item AND we can accept it back (such as Ball gags still sealed in their bags).
