This is the ultimate in helplessness, one of the more intense items in our bdsm bondage adult toy store lineup. A full harness keeps this gag well in place, so it holds firm through even the most active scenes.
At its center is a large 2 inch black plastic O-ring, keeping their mouth stuck fully open rather than merely propped, with the harness ensuring that open position never slips. Hard plastic gives it a firm, steel-like hold while staying gentler on the teeth over long sessions.

About the Hard Plastic Ring Gag with Harness
An open ring gag alone can shift out of position. This one adds a full harness that distributes pressure evenly around the head, so the ring stays locked exactly where you placed it.
Hard plastic gives the ring a firm, steel-like hold without the harsher edge of metal, making it a comfortable option even during extended sessions.
Prefer a lighter setup? Try our Hard Plastic Ring Gag without the harness.
