This is the ultimate in helplessness, and one of the more intense pieces in our bdsm bondage adult toy store lineup. A full leather harness keeps the gag locked well in place, so there's no working it loose once it's buckled on.
At its center sits a 1.5 inch steel O-ring, with an opening large enough for the average penis, keeping the mouth stuck fully open rather than merely propped. That open, unrelenting design is what separates a true ring gag from a ball or bar style.
The combination causes uncontrollable drooling while keeping the mouth totally accessible, making this a favorite among our sex toys for anyone drawn to full helplessness and objectification scenes.

About the Steel Ring Gag with Harness
An open ring gag on its own can shift or be pulled loose. Adding a full leather harness solves that, distributing pressure evenly around the head so the ring stays exactly in position no matter how the scene plays out.
Solid steel means the ring itself won't compress or wear down, while the leather harness gives it the staying power that a strap-only design can't match.
Try our Steel Ring Gag for a lighter, strap-only version of this same open-mouth design.
