Description
For those that may have bitten through their Ball gag strap or who otherwise can't swap the ball out with a newer or better ball, we have the Replacement Strap Section.
A short section of strap with two Chicago Screws (AKA screw rivets) so that you can swap out an old strap section.
Nothing really fancy, available in any leather color (although the default is black) or our black PVC Rubber.
The default is 4.5" wide between the screws. Custom sizes up to 7" just require a note.
Returns Policy
No returns accepted for Custom or "AS IS" made items, We may repair or will replace an item if there is a manufacturing defect on a custom made item. "AS IS" items presume some defect so we will not replace those.
Balls and ball gags may ONLY be returned if the inner bag's seal is intact
All other non-custom items may be returned if unopened for refund except shipping.
If there is a problem with the order, please contact the shop email, we will require a picture of the problem, our policy is to replace when we can, if it is our fault at cost. We allow replacements, but customer must pay for shipping both ways and any difference in price if we originally shipped the correct item AND we can accept it back (such as Ball gags still sealed in their bags).
