Custom-made or personalized items: These are exempt from withdrawal (EU law exemption for bespoke goods). They are final sale unless defective.
Hygiene/intimate-use products: Items that have been unsealed or used (e.g., many BDSM tools) are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.
Divine Creations & R&D items: Due to their unique, limited, or prototype nature, they are final sale except for proven defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will arrange replacement, repair, or full refund (including return shipping if the issue is our fault).
